About Mindful Healing

Mindful Healing Portland LLC is located in the heart of downtown Portland. We specializize in mental and spiritual health. Jon Fenton is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)-Intern in the state of Oregon. With a Master’s (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adler University, and graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from University of Baltimore. Regina is passionate about holistic wellness and provides private yoga instruction, Reiki energy healing and massage therapy.

Our Services

We offer counseling and therapy for anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic disorder (PTSD), Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), chronic pain. We also offer couples and poly counseling for relationships. Holistically we also help with private yoga instruction, massage, and Reiki energy healing.
