Sometimes we get lost in critiques or problems of the past, daydreaming about the future, or get lost in worry about potential catastrophes. Mindfulness training aids in us detaching from the mind’s narrative, connect fully in mind, body, and spirit to the here and now, and has been shown to improve concentration and reduce stress.
